Cappamore is situated on the R505 regional road, on the banks of the Mulcair River. The village is overlooked bby the Slieve Felim Mountains and is approximately 20 minutes driving time from Limerick City. The town has several pubs, a grocery shop, a hardware store, GP surgery, pharmacy, bookmaker shop and veterinary clinic. Other services include a library and arts studios complex (The only 100% self service library in Limerick ) a church, community centre and day care centre. The village also has a fire brigade serving the surrounding area. The town hosts an annual Agricultural Show that attracts a large number of visitors in August each year Cappamore is home to Dromsally native John Hayes, former Irish and Munster rugby player. This is a small cache hidden near a pride of place and contains logbook, pencil and some swappies. There is plenty of parking nearby.Watch out for muggles!
