Jag förmodar att du nyligen åkt över Sveriges nästa längsta bro, om du inte tagit färjan som faktiskt är anledningen till samhällets namn, Färjestaden. Du befinner dig nu på en ö med unik natur, världsarvet “Södra Ölands odlinglandskap”, Neptuniåkrar, Trollskogen, Vickleby ädelövsskog och många fina sandstränder. Parkeringsmöjligheterna här i centrum är flera, allt beror på hur långt du vill gå ex. Konsums parkering, Ölands Köpstads parkering eller Södra hamnplan om du vill få en titt på den vackra hamnen med sina badplatser, restauranger, bron från ett annat perspektiv och den gamla färjan. Storgatan var Färjestadens största handelsgata och brukade vara full med bilköer innan bron byggdes 1972 när den gamla färjan fortfarande var i bruk. Cachen är medelstor och är belägen en knapp kilometer upp på Storgatan från havet.

The opportunities of parking are many, it depends of how long you are ready to walk, for example: The parking lot of Konsum, Ölands Köpstad or why not, the southern harbour if you want to see the beautiful harbour with bathing, restaurants, the bridge from another perspective and the old ferry. Storgatan was the biggest commerce street in Ferrytown and it used to be filled with traffic jam before the bridge was built 1972 while the ferry still was in use. The cache is quite big and located less than one kilometer from the sea at Storgatan.
