Radley Creek - Dayton Road Traditional Cache

A small cache near where Dayton Road passes over Radley Creek.

The new bridge here last year has changed a bit how this spot looks but it is still a very nice quiet spot just off the highway. The new parking area allows easy access to the large tract of public land to the south of the creek. I remember many years ago that a wayside was present just to the west of here along the highway with nice access to the stream. The wayside is gone but I believe that you can still park there and walk a short ways to the stream on the public land. This cache is one in a series of hides placed to introduce you to some of the quieter back roads overlooking streams, creeks and rivers around my home area. Some of these roads will be quieter than others and some more scenic depending on the season and time of day - all should be winter friendly.
