Geocache Description:

This should be a quick park and grab.

I have passed by this spot many times on my way home.  This seemed like a spot that could use a cache.  These are county roads and parking is limited but there is a hike & bike trail that goes right by GZ.  I would suggest parking nearby and taking the trail to the cache location.  If traffic is light, you can simply park by the side of the road and make the grab. This has the potential to be a high muggle area, especially if the weather is nice.

I left a pathtag for the FTF.

Interesting Factoid:

Alvin was originally named "Morgan" by the town's residents in honor of the settlement's original resident, Santa Fe Railroad employee, Alvin Morgan; upon discovery that the name Morgan had been taken, the town named itself after Morgan's first name. The town was officially incorporated in 1893, making it the oldest incorporated settlement in Brazoria County.
