Kasshabog Lake Beach Traditional Cache

This geocache will take you to Kasshabog Lake's sandy beach where you can launch your boats, swim, or just have a picnic and relax. There is enough open space for flying a kite or playing frisbee. You just can't pitch a tent and camp overnight. However, not far from here, you can camp for free on Bottle Lake's Crown Land campsites.

Geocachers, come and see another one of our favourite summer spots. When we placed this cache, it was very windy, but Dreamcacher went swimming anyway. The cache is not on the path to the washrooms, but just past and a little north of the big rock. Please be stealthy if there are people at the picnic tables or hanging out on the beach as the cache is only about 10 metres into the trees from the grassy area. If you are lucky, you might come at a time when the beach is empty and you will have the whole place to yourself.
