Pozývame vás pozrieť sa na najstarší zachovaný most na Slovensku, ktorý sa nachádza v malej spišskej dedinke Dravce pri ceste z Levoče do Spišského Štvrtku. Dravce boli kedysi obec kráľovských chovateľov dravých vtákov-sokolov a odtiaľ pochádza aj jej názov :D
Tento kamenný most v gotickom slohu pochádza z 13. storočia, je postavený z lomového štiepaného kameňa s jedným oblúkom klenby a pod ním preteká Dravecký potok. Nepatrí ani medzi veľmi vysoké ani veľmi široké mosty, avšak odborníci ho pokladajú za najstarší zachovaný most na Slovensku.
Dodnes je funkčný a je súčasťou hlavnej cesty vedúcej cez obec. Ale bohužiaľ, v súčastnosti je viditeľná iba jedna strana mosta, pretože počas opravy cesty bola druhá strana zaliata betónom. Dúfame, že táto významná technická pamiatka vydrží, čo najdlhšie!
Keška je pod mostom a dá sa k nej dostať suchou nohou pomocou baterky, keď nie sú povodne! Parkujte na odporúčanom parkingu, aby ste neboli príliš nápadní pre domácich! Prečítajte si aj waypointy!

The oldest well-preserved bridge in Slovakia
The Gothic bridge in the village of Dravce
Let's come and see the oldest well-preserved bridge in Slovakia which is in the small Spiš village of Dravce. The village of Dravce (Raptors) was once a royal locality of falcon breeders and falcon is a bird of prey. It's the reason why the village is called like this! :D
This stone bridge in Goethic style comes from 13th century, has only one arch of the bridge. Dravce rivulet flows under the bridge. The bridge doesn't count among high, even wide bridges. However, experts consider this bridge to the oldest preserved bridges in Slovakia.
It's still functional today, as a part of the main road leading through the city. However, you can see only one side of the bridge currently because the second side of the bridge was filled with concrete during the repair of the road.
This geocache is under the bridge. If there is no flood, you can reach the geocache on dry ground. Don't forget to look the waypoints and attributes. Please park on recommended place, then you mustn't be too striking for the local people!
