"We Need The Road Dep't, Guardrail 3, Please!" Traditional Cache

Whatever happened along this road, happened a long time ago, and the GC Road Dept. doesn't seem to be in any hurry to fix these!

I was riding down this road last week, thinking, "HERE'S some opportunity!". 

I placed these the day before our trip to GW14er THREE WEEKS ago!  I think I was so excited that I COMPLETELY FORGOT THAT THEY WERE OUT HERE!  Fortunately, I've started keeping a log book, and when I returned home I discovered that I had never submitted them!  Too much thin air and too many miles, but SO much fun!
