The Cascade Badge is the second obtainable badge in Kanto's Indigo League, and is given after the trainer defeats Misty, who specializes in Water type Pokemon. The badge allows all Pokemon up to level 30 to obey their trainer.

To find the cache, you can either follow the directions below or solve the mystery for the coords.
Begin at the posted coordinates, which are also the starting waypoint. Walk north a short ways onto Colt Drive and then take a right onto the paved bicycle path (also called Surprise Hill) that goes east into the woods. Continue down this path until you see the cut remains of a LARGE fallen tree that rests alongside a stone wall on the left before a field. Cross over the wall and the letterbox hybrid will be at the base of the fallen tree under some pieces of bark.
As should be obvious, this letterbox hybrid is located in Colt State Park. You'll notice a separate container inside with the stamp - DO NOT TAKE IT. If you would like to stamp, please bring your own ink pad, as there isn't one in the cache.
