Geocache Description:

A cache about a wedding ceremony

Before the parkway, this area was a street with homes.  Here lived Jen with her parents.  In 1996 Jen met Pierre, and soon thereafter they fell in Love.  They went to high school prom together, to college together, and on Valentine’s day 2001, Pierre got down on both knees, with ring in hand, and asked Jen to marry him.

Selecting a site for the actual wedding ceremony didn’t take long.  Jen’s parents had a backyard that was of everyone’s envy.  On June 8th, 2002, in the very spot of this cache Pierre and Jen said: “I do”.

We have continued to Love each other, grew our family, and today with the help of our 3 boys, we enjoy family time while geocaching.

In this cache you will find a few mementos of our wedding day as well as typical trade items.  We kindly ask that you leave the wedding mementos in the cache.  You are welcome to sign our guest book, it’s large enough for you to even leave a little story of your own if you like.
