This geocache is located on the Thomas Griswold House Museum property. The Griswold House is a historic New England home that was built in 1774. It has been restored by the Guilford Keeping Society twice, and is now a museum where tourists and locals can observe the building and historical artifacts. This cache will take you to the back of the property where there are several out-buildings which were historically used as barns and storage areas. Permission was granted by the Guilofrd Keeping Society to place this cache. Happy caching and enjoy!
