Du kan parkere ved Saga skole, adresse Aspemyra 12 -14, 9517 Alta, eller følge veien mot Skogvannet og parkere på parkeringsplassen. Skogvannet og området rundt er et mye brukt utfartsområde for Altas befolkning. Her fins bålplass, benker, gapahuk, brygge og infotavle med kart over turløyper.

You can park at Saga school, or the parking lot near Skogvannet. The address is Aspemyra 12-14, 9517 Alta. Skogvannet and the surrounding area is a popular hiking area in Alta. By the lake, you can find a bonfire pit, benches, a pier and an info-board containg a map over nearby hiking trails. There`s a marked trail from the parking lot, follow the red/blue painting on the trees towards Skogvannet.
If you visit the area in July/August, I'll recomend you to bring some mosquito reppellents.
