Hasselholmenin ulkoilualueella on 1,5 kilometrin pituinen luontopolku, joka kulkee pääosin luonnonsuojelualueella. Reitti on melko helppokulkuinen, sillä korkeusero on vain 12 metriä, tosin paikoitellen joudut ylittämään kaatuneita puita. Reitti on merkitty punaisilta maalitäplillä/nauhoilla. Ulkoilualueen kokonaispinta-ala on noin 53 hehtaaria, josta 14 hehtaaria on luonnonsuojelualueeksi rauhoitettua pähkinäpensas- ja metsälehmuslehtoa. Polun varressa on suomen- ja ruotsikielisiä opastauluja. Alue on kuulunut aikoinaan Veckjärven länsirannalla sijaitsevalle Staffaksen kartanolle. Näkyvissä on edelleen merkkejä vanhasta viljelytaloudesta. Hasselholmenin alue onkin yksi Porvoon seudun arvokkaimpia luontokokonaisuuksia. (Uusimaa 22.11.2011, www.porvoo.fi)
Rannalle, ja siten luontopolulle, pääsee maitse Hasselholmantien kautta sekä kesäisin kaupungin soutuveneellä Staffaksen puolelta (uimavalvojan työaikojen puitteissa).

Hasselholma outdoor area is a 1.5km long nature trail that leads through the nature reserve. The trail is fairly easy to walk, with a vertical drop of only 12 meters, although you might have to cross a few fallen trees. The route is marked with painted red dots/ribbon. The area is approximately 53 hectares, of which 14 hectares is protected as a nature reserve (with common hazel and linden grove). The path is lined with Finnish and Swedish information boards. The area has once been part of the Staffas Manor, situated in the west bank of the lake Veckjärvi. You'll still see signs of the old farming economy. Hasselholma area is one of the most valuable natural entities in the Porvoo region. (Uusimaa 22.11.2011, www.porvoo.fi)
You can get to the beach and thus the nature trail via Hasselholmantie -road or in the summer also over the lake from Staffas side with the city's rowboats (whenever the lifeguard is on duty).
