The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

Geocache Description:

This is a roadside cache to keep you concentrating and wide awake.  A strange situation with a huge arch constructed with no road through it.  There is two entrance roads to the farm but both these are outside of the arch.  I asked the owner and he said " ja well no fine"  He agreed to focusing passers's by's attention on this beautiful arch
