I found this location by accident one day, while out searching for a cache. There seems little about it online, so I'd be glad of any reliable information you can find.
My apologies in advance if you find the coordinates are off; I ran this multiple times and with different GPSs, but it's difficult to get a fix under the trees. The hint is therefore reasonably specific.
Count the number of words on the first line of the quotation; add one. Add the number you get to the three digit part of the published Northing Coordinates to give you the coordinates you need for GZ
Add the number of words on the very last line to the Easting in the same way
There is a small wooden puzzle for the FTF
There is no public transport to this spot, but there is parking for two or three cars very nearby
