Geocache Description:

A mid-sized cache along a semi-rural lane.  Can you find the Pixies' Tunnel?

Peelings Lane provides a nice walk from Stone Cross to Westham Pond via Ketcham Corner.  The westerly end is now closed to traffic but this section is very much open - so be aware!

We like to walk the mini-cachers along here to the pond to feed the ducks some seed and would recommend you bring some if you like feeding wildfowl, as there are a lot of ducks on this pond.

The cache is named after the "tunnel" in the base of a fallen tree at 50°49'07.0"N, 0°19'30.7"E, a few yards up the lane.  I think it's possibly an animal burrow/sett, so I didn't like to put the cache in here, as originally planned.  Our eldest daughter (currently 3 years old!) has been convinced by her father's imaginative mind that there are pixes that live in there smiley

At time of placeing cache contained log book, pencil, some swaps and a certificate for the FTF.
