Geocache Description:

This is No 32 in a series of caches, some will be at sporting venues others may not.

The Brownlow Medal was formally Charles Brownlow Trophy.

It is a individual award given to a player who is judged to be the fairest and best player in the Australian Football League

during a regular season.

This is decided by votes by the officiating umpires after each game.

The Medal has been awarded every year since 1924 with the exception of an intermision from 1942 to 1945 due to World War 2.

Players are ineligible to win the Medal if they have been suspended for on field offences.

The 1964 Brownlow Medal was won by Gordon Collis from the Carlton [Blues] Football Team.

He hads 27 votes.

The cache will be difficult to do if any sporting events are being held.

Cache is a small screw top container painted black.  The cache has a logbook and swaps in it.

Please watch for muggles and replace where found.

Hope you enjoy the cache.

Congratulations to Romax on being FTF.
