Piangil - Where the Mallee meets the Murray
Located on the Mallee Highway, this small town, sits amid irrigated farms growing citrus fruit and vines.
Cereal crops are grown to the West of the town
The Mallee Highway connects to the Murray Valley Highway at Piangil and continues on to Ouyen and South Australia.
The nearby town of Tooleybuc is a nice spot to take a break and refresh with a bite to eat, a cool drink or even grab a cache or two
If you fancy a little tittle, there is a winery not far from the cache site
