This nice little park is a great place to hang out and picnic or just play some games. For some reason this cache just needed another ornament to go with the Newberg Old fashined Festival 2016 theme "Christmas in July".
The cache might at times be hard to open but twist and pull should do the trick. Please make sure to close it back up.
