The word "Kellet" means "Spring" in Northern England. Over Kellet and Nether Kellet are neighbouring villages about 2 miles apart. The names refer to springs on the upper or more northerly side of the hill and on the lower or more southerly part of the hill respectively.
Please take care when finding this cache. Although it is a straight country lane the cars do drive along the road quickly.
The cache is positioned just off the road, but there is no need to enter the property or go through the gates -the residents of the property are well aware of the cache so happy hunting.
