There are two numbers at the coordinates - one has an "S" in front and the other is a "gift". Calculate the position of the cache using the following, where ABCD are the digits after the "S", and EFGH are the "gift" numbers.
N 53° 12.7(E + H) (B + C + H) W 001° 15.8(D + E) (B + E + H)

St Leonard's Church, Scarcliffe

The 12th Century Parish church dedicated to St Leonard is a Grade II listed building, set on a hill in the middle of the village of Scarcliffe. It is constructed of sandstone, and has a sundial and clock on the southern side. The church is the site of a nationally important monument - a 13th century effigy of Lady Constantia de Frechville holding her child in her arms. Legend has it that she and her child were lost in the woods and were saved by the sound of the church's bell guiding them to safety. See the Church Monuments Society website for more information and photos. Unfortunately the church may be locked so access to the monument may be impossible.
The cache is not hidden on church property, and should be very easy to access. If muggles prevent cache retrieval, I expect that they will move on after a few minutes so you could perhaps have a look around the church grounds and then try again.
