Geocaching je mimo jiné nádherný i v tom, že si na něm každý najde to své. Někdo spěchá, aby keš nalezl první, někdo hledá keše s velkou popularitou a jiný takové, ke kterým je třeba speciální vybavení. K tomu všemu rozlišení se používají různé filtry zaměřené na atributy, favorit pointy, měřiče velikosti terénu nebo obtížnosti luštění a mnoho dalších. Jednou z těchto specifických aktivit jsou i geotrofeje.
Na tomto serveru se tak můžete dozvědět, která z uložených krabiček je ta nejstarší, nejnižší, nejvyšší nebo vzdálenostně nejdál v kterémkoliv státu v Evropě s ohledem na světové strany. Díky této keši si nyní můžete zajet podívat na stejně označená místa v menším měřítku. Tedy u nás na okrese Prostějov.

Prolog: Tento příběh je sice smyšlený, zakládá se ovšem na skutečné události.
Úvod:
Pár let po válce pracoval můj děda ve firmě provádějící těžbu dřeva. Republika se ještě vzpamatovávala po uplynulých událostech, a proto byla v padesátých letech velká poptávka po stavebním řezivu. Děda byl tedy na podzim v jednapadesátém vyslán se svou skupinou aby zmapovali možná těžební ložiska v lesích nedaleko hranic na západ. Při jedné pochůzce narazili na spáleniště uprostřed lesa. Nedaleko spáleniště ležel mírně ohořelý kabát. Zřejmě se jednalo o bleskem zasaženou kapličku a ten kus oděvu tu zanechal některý z hasicích lidí. Děda si řekl, že na práci v lese je ještě dobrý a vzal si ho sebou. Večer v ubytovně ho očistil a zkusil si ho na sebe navléct. V jedné z kapes však našel ohořelý dopis. Co v něm stálo si můžete přečíst zde.
Epilog:
Děda po přečtení nevěděl jak s dopisem naložit. Celý život ho to vnitřně trápilo a až teď po mnoha letech našel odvahu mi ten dopis předat. Sám momentálně nevím, co s tím….

Westernmost cache
Geocaching is besides other things amazing in a way, that everyone finds in it what he wants. Someone rushes to be the first finding a cache, somebody else looks for caches with great popularity and another people look for these ones which require special equipment. To distinguish all that points, different filters for attributes, favorite points, terrain size or deciphering difficulty and many others are used. One of these specific activities are also geotrophies.
On this server you can find out, which of the founded boxes is the the oldest, the lowest, the highest, or in the furthest distance in any country in Europe considering the world directions. Thanks to this cache you can now take a look at the same labeled places on a smaller scale. Well, in our landscape, in the district Prostějov.
I did not find the NO ENTRY sign at the edge of the forest, but you can enjoy the caches and the surroundings better by taking a short walk. The final is less than a mile. Please keep quiet and respectful of nature, thank you.

Prologue:
This story is fictional, but it is based on a real event.
Introduction:
A few years after the war, my grandfather worked for a woodcutting company. The republic was still waking up from the previous event, which is why the demand for construction wood was high. In spring, my grandfather was sent together with his group to map all the possible harvesting places in the woods near the west borders. During one of the explorations, they found a burnt ground in the middle of the woods. A burnt jacket was lying nearby. It was probably a small chapel which was struck by lightning and the jacket was left behind by firemen. Grandfather said that the jacket was still good enough and so he took it with himself. In the evening when he arrived at the hostel, he cleaned it and tried to put it on. In one of the pockets, there was a burnt letter, in which the following was written this.
Epilog:
My grandfather wasn’t sure what to do with the letter. It was depressing him and now, after many years, he got the courage to give this burnt letter to me. I don’t know what to do with it...
