The Pulpit Rock is probably a glacial erratic - a boulder from elsewhere which was carried here by moving ice during the Ice Age. You can see the Dornoch, Cromarty and Moray Firths from this viewpoint. Take a short break and enjoy the view. Beware of muggles.
