Geocache Description:

Wild Sunflowers come in about 70 different forms. I think these are Thin-leaved Sunflowers, Helianthus decapetalus, not the Common Sunflowers, Helianthus annuus, that are bred for cultivation. This is a P&G.

Wild sunflower

Helianthus decapetalus, known by the common names thinleaf sunflower and thin-leaved sunflower, is a perennial forb in the sunflower family. It is native to the eastern and central United States and Canada, from New Brunswick west to Iowa, Wisconsin, and Ontario, south as far as Georgia and Louisiana.

It produces yellow composite flowers in late summer or early fall.

The name decapetalus means "with ten petals," referring to the 8-12 ray florets on the flower heads, resembling petals. (It has nothing to do with decapitation, as I first thought.)

The cache is tied in. It's a camoed, small, "small" pill bottle. If there are two arrows on the lid, it means "Push hard to open and close". There's a rolled log with a rubber band and a zip lock plastic bag. Please return it as you found it and BYOP. Again: No tweezers, please, let's try to keep the plastic intact.
