Kościół pw. św. Mikołaja w Pieraniu
Drewniany kościół w Pieraniu niedaleko Inowrocławia wzniesiony został w latach 1732-1743. Ta trójnawowa bazylika kryta gontem zachwyca swoim wnętrzem, które pokryte jest pięknymi polichromiami toruńskiego mistrza Jana Jerzego Petriego. W centralnym miejscu prezbiterium znajduje się drewniany, pozłacany ołtarz w stylu regencyjnym z 1732 roku. Szczególnie warty obejrzenia jest obraz Madonny z Dzieciątkiem, o którym mowa jest już w pierwszej pisanej wzmiance zawartej w spisie inwentarza kościelnego z 1712 roku.
W kaplicy kościoła pw. św. Mikołaja w Pieraniu znajduje się cudowny obraz Zmartwychwstałego Chrystusa, na którym zapisane są słowa: Cudowny obraz Zmartwychwstałego Chrystusa Pana, do którego obrazu oficer najstarszy szwedzki strzelił, a kula się nazad odbiła i jego samego zabiła. Także w ogniu był, a szkody żadnej od ognia nie miał. Działo się to 17 września A. D. 1655. Na potwierdzenie tych słów pokazywane są na obrazie trzy odciski, ślady odbicia po kulach.
Najcenniejszym zabytkiem Gminy Dąbrowa Biskupia jest Kościół p.w. Mikołaja Biskupa w Pieraniu, największa w Polsce drewniana, barokowa pseudobazylika. Mierzy 33 metry długości, 25 metrów szerokości i 20 metrów wysokości. Jest budowlą trójnawową z wyodrębnionym prezbiterium oraz parą kaplic po bokach korpusu, które nadają świątyni kształt krzyża. Najcenniejszym zabytkiem pierańskiej świątyni jest cudowny obraz Matki Bożej Łaskawej, który od wieków otaczany jest wielkim kultem. Kościół w Pieraniu to zabytek klasy zero.

Wooden church in Pieranie near Inowrocław was built between 1732-1743. This three-nave basilica shingled roof impresses with its interior, which is covered with beautiful polychrome torunian artist Jan Jerzy Petri. In the center of the sanctuary there is a wooden, gold-plated altar in the regency style from 1732. The painting of the Madonna and Child is also worth seeing, referred to the first written reference in inventory the church in 1712.
In the chapel of St. Nicholas church in Pieranie there is a miraculous image of the Risen Christ, which are written the words: A wonderful image of the Risen Christ the Lord, the image to which the oldest Swedish officer fired, and the ball bounced off the back and killed himself. Also it was in the fire and no damage from the fire happend. This took place on Sept. 17 A. D. 1655. In confirmation of these words are shown in the picture three fingerprints, traces of bullet rebound.
The most valuable monument of the Community of Dabrowa Biskupia is wooden St. Nicholas church in Pieranie, Poland's largest wooden baroque pseudobasilica. It measures 33 meters long, 25 meters wide and 20 meters high. It is a three-naved building with a separate chancel and a pair of chapels on the sides of the body, which give the temple shape of a cross. The most valuable monument of Pieranie temple is a miraculous image of God's Mother of Grace, which for centuries surrounded the great cult. The church in Pieranie is a class zero monument.
