Dogliest: I looked all over town for a place to put a "fake outlet" cache next to a "No Outlet" sign, and this was the only good spot I found. Now the "No Outlet" sign is gone, so the cache is no longer a good chuckle. Time to move on and retire the cache.

Save this cache for the day you need not just a smiley, but also a chuckle.

After looking all over town for a place to do this cache idea, I finally found the right spot squeezed in-between other caches. Beginners might find this one hard if they haven't seen this type of hide before, but it is also a good one to make your first time finding this type of hide.

Be advised that the huge empty parking lot nearby is for an unmarked Anchorage Police Department training facility.
