This “airplane bungalow” is listed on the local historic registry and is a starting point for some of St. Petersburg Preservation’s historic walking tours. Observable features include; front porch (with Cuban tile), columns, decorative “canoe” brackets, interior built-ins, sitting/sun room. One of the builder’s friends was the local gravestone maker; his granite incorporated into the interior fireplace. You are welcome to say "Hello" to the gallery owner, however please be considerate after hours, as there are residents living in the 2nd story airbnb. This cache was placed with permission.
A more recently constructed building on the property houses a 70 cubic foot gas kiln where pottery is fired. Sometimes pots do not come out as intended and unfortunately pots can break during shipping. Some of the most interesting of these discarded pots are put to rest on the gallery grounds.
When you see the ginger growing from the ancient crushed shell, you have found the graveyard...
Congratulations to Bearb4cofi for FTF!
