Remembering the Birds...

Many many years ago in this quaint little spot, there used to be a wonderful bird park called Western Rosella Bird Park.  We remember coming here as children and am saddened that we cannot share this bird park with our own geokids  However, since being torn down and enclosures gone, there has been a marshy kind of area here and there still remains birds and other wildlife for you to enjoy! 

Whether you just do a 'park and grab' with this geocache or if you sit and remember the Bird Park or even listen to the calls of the wildlife I hope you enjoy this spot.  Further down the road there is a dirt cul-de-sac where you can park up and have a fish or go crabbing or even have a picnic, you could even bring bikes down and ride the footpath along the river's edge.
