Here is a location that is right above the Green River and hopefully, safe from flooding, which I know it is, as I remember back in 2011, how high the Green River was.
Not much here to look at, other than parking and getting a smiley. The interesting part, it does bring you to the Green River, which is close by or it will bring you to the center of Leyden, which has some good views. Bring your own pen.
