Kaplica została zbudowana w stylu barokowym po roku 1661. Wcześniej w pobliżu znajdowała się starsza drewniana kaplica, jednak została zburzona (błąd w pomiarach odległości). Budynek jest jednonawowy ze sklepieniem żaglastym (zgodne z duchem budownictwa epoki baroku). Wewnątrz można podziwiać rokokowy ołtarz z drugiej połowy XVIII wieku oraz obraz Wniebowstąpienie pędzla Stanisława Czarnikowskiego z 1879 roku, a także konfesjonał z XVIII wieku i tabernakulum z przełomu XVIII/XIX wieku. Obiekt został gruntownie odrestaurowany w 2008 roku.

Baroque chapel built after 1661. Previously an older wodden chapel was standing in this place but it was demolished (mistake in distance measurements). This is a single-nave chapel with a sail vault (according to the baroque spirit). Inside there is a rococo alter from the second half of the 18th century, a painting of Ascension by Stanislaw Czarnikowski of 1879 and a confessional from the 18th century as well as a tabernacle from the turn of 18th and 19th centuries. The building was thoroughly renovated in 2008.

Die Kapelle wurde im Barockstil nach 1661 erbaut. Fruher befand sich in der Nahe eine altere holzerne Kapelle, doch sie musste abgetragen werden (wegen eines Vermessungsfehlers). Der Bau ist einschiffig mit einem Segelgewolbe (im Geiste des Barocks). Im Inneren kann man einem Rokokoaltar von der 2. Halfte des 18. Jh bewundern und das Gemalde "Himmelfahrt" von Stanisław Czarnikowski von 1879, und den Beichtstuhl vom 18. Jh. und das Tabernakulum von der Wende des 18. Jh. Das Objekt wurde 2008 grundlich renoviert.
