Gas & Gone VI Traditional Cache

I thought this was a good place to palce a cache. And since PhMJ is no longer putting caches in abandoned gas stations, I thought I'd continue the name.

A funny thing happened since I placed the cache, though. PhMJ's phone had the coordinates to the location, but it died shortly afterwards. He had to get a new phone and the coords were lost. So I have used coordinates obtained from an earth mapping software used by geocachers and reviewers alike and have since then physically confirmed the coordinates at the request of the reviewer. I am making it an easy traditional instead of a puzzle. I'm even adding a hint. BYOP and good luck!
