Can You Hear Me Now - QuaRTeRS Traditional Cache

This should be an easy Park & Grab. Make the find, BYOP, sign the log, get your Smiley, then you have to make a choice. Do I have a quarter? Do I want to play the game? You do not have to play to log the find.

STOP   - the quarters stay with the cache unless you are playing the game  _{. When you find this cache you may sign the log, post the Smiley, get in the geomobile, and go on to the next hunt.}  OR---_{you may sign the log, post the Smiley, AND} play the "CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW" game  _{. If you elect to play, simply add a quarter to the cache container. If you are the lucky finder and there are 5 quarters, you get to take 4 and leave 1 to start the next game. Players add a quarter until the cache again contains 5 quarters, there is a new winner, and then the game begins again. Remember to play fair, sign the log, CITO if necessary, be safe, and have fun.
