Arrive anytime after 6:30 PM to eat and socialize
Everyone gets a FREE Raffle Ticket and be sure to WEAR your GEO name badge with proof of current membership to get an additional ticket
Raffle tickets are also available for purchase
Meeting will start at 7:00 with Association News and Business, Announcements, and Raffle Drawing and Wrap-up.
GEO-Guessing game - you could go home with something fun should you guess correctly :)
Board Nominations:Elections will be held at our October Meet & Greet so we are accepting nominations for all of our Board positions up to the time of elections at our October Meeting.
Please ask any of the past or present board members for a "job description" or read through the GEOregon bylaws (www.GEOregon.com) to get an idea of what each position does and what the responsibilities include.
Board positions include: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, & Event Coordinator
RAFFLE:
Everyone receives one raffle ticket for signing the LOG.
WEAR your GEO name badge with current membership to get an extra raffle ticket .
Anyone who brings in a raffle donation gets an additional free raffle ticket.
We also collect donations of SWAG to create new fully stocked caches to give away in the raffle.
