Everyone is welcome! You don't have to be a member of GEO to come out and have a good time.

Enjoy some pizza, discover some TBs and coins, and meet with a great bunch of geocachers from all parts of the Portland Metro area...maybe even ask for a hint to that geocache you just can't find from a local cache owner.

A good time and a smiley are waiting for you!

Geocachers Exploring Oregon OCTOBER Meet & Greet

AGENDA - Arrive anytime after 6:30 PM to eat and socialize.

Meeting will start at 7:00 with Association News and Business, Announcements, Elections, Raffle Drawing and Wrap-up.

RAFFLE - WEAR your GEO name badge showing current membership to get a raffle ticket.

Also, anyone who brings in a raffle donation gets an additional free raffle ticket.

We also collect donations of SWAG to create new fully stocked caches to give away in the raffle.

GEO-Guessing game - you could go home with something fun should you guess correctly :)

ITEMS FOR PURCHASE - The GEOregon Store will be open at the event for great geocaching supplies and our great GEO gear.

MEMBERSHIP - if you are interested in becoming a member of GEO, ask about how to purchase your annual membership

It is ELECTION Time for next year's board!

If you would like to actively participate in your club, you may nominate yourself or another person for a position on the board (please note you do need someone's permission in order to nominate them).

Currently ALL positions are open:

Please ask any of the past or present board members for a "job description" or read through the GEOregon bylaws (www.GEOregon.com) to get an idea of what each position does and what the responsibilities are.

Nominations are accepted up to the time of elections at our October Meeting.
