Geocache Description:

Nightmare in Preston III

We are back in the old haunted Preston loggin town commissary, today known as the VASA Hall. It has been said that once a year the long gone mill workers and loggers come back to reclaim the hall for a night of fun. Spooky shadows of loggers past have been seen in the hall over the years, but the activity is strongest just before Halloween. We have it on good authority that this year the energy should peak on October 22. We expect the hall to be very “lively” on that day, and our fortune teller ____ Prodicte that the Eivl Lord Loci Curcus will be visiting the old logging town this year.

Just a few days before Halloween, your hosts, NWStinkerbella, SirKarp and WSGA Puget Sound invite you to come October 22th, for the third annual Nightmare event maybe you too well see some unusual sights.

This event is open to all Geocachers and sure to be enjoyed by young and old alike. Come share a meal with old friends, meet some new ones and enjoy the Halloween Season geocaching style and experience some of the legend of the Nightmare of Preston Mill.

We will have the day BEFORE the event to decorate the hall and build the mini haunt. We would love the help making the hall scary.

We will have the hall the day AFTER the event to take down the decorations, the mini haunt and final clean up. If you can come help out with this let us know.
