This is one of a series of four geocaches on a walk from Hawes or Gayle of around four miles with several stiles and the highlight being the beautiful Aysgill Force waterfall. The walk starts on Mossy Lane and follows a farmers track with views of Sleddale and returns along Duerley Beck to Aysgill Force where the path is quite narrow with a steep drop into the gorge and then by meadows back to Gayle or Hawes.
You do not need to stray from the path to find the cache.
This cache is a small lock and lock box with a few goodies in it for swaps and Henry would love the first to find to take the badge. Henry is the youngest child and loves this walk. Beautiful views.
