A nice stop to learn some local history.
I always wondered why this area was known as 'Wasel'.... Now I know! This is another small but fascinating piece of local history that helped sculpt our community today. Could you imagine how different it was back then?
This geocache is a medium lock n lock sandwhich container wrapped in CAMO tape. It is below knee level. There is parking for one or two vehicles right by the 'Alberta History' sign. There is a small but sharp and possibly slippery ditch near the cache so use caution when searching. There is a $10 gift card for the FTF prize.
