Geocache Description:

An informal event in Kelvingrove Park to celebrate international geocaching day! Meet at the picnic benches in the playarea of the park 12.30 to 1.30pm. If the weather is not favourable we will move to the cafe in the nearby art gallery and museum.

We will have been on holiday for a week along the Caledonian canal and will be on route home from Fort William to Wirral. We thought we would stop off in Glasgow along the way and hold an event . Kelvingrove Park looked like a good place to stop and let the geokids burn off some energy! We will be at the picnic benches near the play area or if the weather is too bad we will move to Kelvingrove art gallery and musuem, which is a short walk away. We hope to meet some local cachers, have some geochat, swap some TBs and hopefully meet some deadly ducks for the finish of the duck race!
