Geocache Description:

A nice view of this neighborhood water retention basin and an easy park and grab. Bring your own writing utensil.

This basin provides rain drainage for this neighborhood. On the far side of it is the canal with a nice walking path. This cache is closer to the street than the canal. It's a micro cache so you'll have to look a little harder to find it. Shouldn't be many muggles around though.
