Passa por Cambra, Campia, Destriz e Préstimo indo desaguar em Bolfiar, no rio Águeda, depois de atravessar os municípios de Vouzela, Oliveira de Frades, Sever do Vouga e Águeda. Percorre 49 quilómetros.
Nota: Estacionar no parque indicado e seguir o trilho, à direita, imediatamente após a placa indicativa da freguesia do Préstimo, na coordenada indicada como início de trilho.
