Kozara je u drugome svijetskom ratu bilo veliko uporište protiv neprijateljskih snaga koja su zemlje regiona zauzeli.
Posebnu karakteristiku ovog područja činilo je bratstvo i jedinstvo - srpskog, muslimanskog i hrvatskog naroda, što je Kozari davalo izuzetnu snagu da se za čitavo vreme rata odupre okupatoru.
Cache neheoriše ratove, već daje počast sve jednome narodu i sve jednoj žrtvi, jer svaka žrtva je jedna previše.
Spomenik imenovan „Spomenik revolucije“ je raspisan u 1969godini u javnome konkursu koji je dobio Vajar Dušan Đamonj.
Misao Đamonija je bio, da podijeli spomen područje u dva dijela, prvi dio je da se posjetioci pripreme na spomenik, da se misli saberu, uz stepenice se dostigne do spomenika koji je sa svojim 34m visine izuzetno impozovan spomenik na vrhu Mrakovice.

Kozara, this area have been during the second world war a huge resistance against enemies forces who occupied this regions.
The special characteristics of this area has been that all three nations (Serbian ones, muslim ones and creation nation too) that they have fought together. This constitution had been named “Bratstvo I Jedinstvo” which means “Brotherhood and Cohesion”.
This constitution has given a strongness which helped during the whole period of the second world war to fight against the occupation.
The Cache itself, doesnt heroism any war, it honours each of the mentioned nations and each victim of it, because each victim is one victim too much.
The memorial is named “Spomenik revolucije”, translated “Memorial of revolution” and was tendered in 1969 by a public announcement which has been one by Dusan Djamoni.
His idea for the given creation of a memorial center was to split it in two halfs. First half was that the visitor may prepare for the memorial tower itself, the second one (which will be reached by some steps) is the tower itself, which is with his 34m height quite impressive on the top of the hill “Mrakovica”

Die Kozara war im zweiten Weltkrieg ein großer Widerstand gegen Besatzungsmächte die die Länder dieser Regionen besetzt hatten.
Eine ganz besondere Eigenschaft dieser Region war, dass sich die drei Nationen die sich aus Serben, Muslimen (Bosniaken) sowie der kroatischen Nation zusammensetzten gemeinsam Schulter an Schulter gegen die Besatzung Widerstand leisteten.
Dies nannte man „Bratstvo i Jedinstvo“, das sinngemäß „Brüderlichkeit und Einheit“ übersetzt werden kann.
Diese Zusammengehörigkeit verlieh den damaligen Widerstandskämpfern die notwendige Kraft durchzuhalten.
Der Cache selbst heroisiert in keinem Fall irgendeinen Krieg, er soll vielmehr die Achtung denjenigen schenken, die hier ihr Leben ließen.
Jedes Opfer war ein Opfer zuviel.
Das Monument „Monument der Revolution“ wurde im Jahr 1969 öffentlich ausgeschrieben, welches der Künstler Dušan Đamonj mit seinem Entwurf gewinnen konnte.
Seine Überlegungen waren, dass das Areal in zwei Teile geteilt wird, im ersten Teil sollten Besucher die Möglichkeit haben ihre Gedanken zu sammeln und sich auf das Monument selbst vorbereiten zu können. Das Monument welches mit seinen 34m Höhe auf der Spitze der sogenannten „Mrakovica“ eine imposante Erscheinung darstellt, sollte über ein kleines Meer an Stufen erreicht werden.
