Barking up the Right Tree Traditional Cache

This cache contains a log book and a special traveler. Please take our traveler on a trip to to a new site and  let us know when he arrives at his new destination. If he's already traveling  when you find the cache, help us track him down.

Adventure awaits ahead of the curve in Dublin, GA. Located off Interstate 16 at exit 51, romp in the dog park at the Visitors Center or pack a pic-nic lunch to enjoy in our cozy little green space. Watch as the birds splash and play and just maybe you'll catch a glimpse of Pete, the  traveling squirrel. He represents the furry, little squirrel that not only stole bird seed from our visitors center bird feeders, but also our hearts. We haven't seen Pete in a while, so we are quite sure he has taken to the road, exploring all that Georgia offers. He captivated our social media followers with his endearing antics and his name was chosen by little Nora, the daughter of one of our Snapchat followers, who fell in love with Pete as much as we did. On occasion, Little Nora and her dad would bring Pete his very own personal bag of bird seed.
