It can't get much easier than this. At the 1st stage, you will find the clue needed to find the 2nd/final stage. At the final stage, you'll find a nice cache with a log book, some swag, and when hidden, a travelbug. There is room for small trackables.
Again, the final stage can only be accessed during regular operating hours:
