This geocache was placed in honor of a wonderful woman who made each person she met a better person.
Gram's favorite place to visit was Sage Hen Reservoir along the Joe's Creek. When she passed away in 2013, we decided to start a new tradition for our annual family reunion and once again camp at her favorite spot. We found a small tree on a short hike next to Joe's Creek where every year since, we have placed pink (her favorite color) ribbons along the branches. This last year we decided, along with her ribbons we would place a cache. If you find her tree the hiding place is located between the tree and the Creek. This medium cache is filled with some of her favorite things. Have fun!
