This area of Manitoba is a barren area at present for cellphone service and has stimulated small entrepreneur to invest in their own towers to supply service to a small surrounding area. This tower is just that and locals must contact them to get connected. Present cell provider has been bought by a larger supplier so maybe things will change for the better some day.
