Cache the Bayman!: Wishing I could keep this one here, but with the 161m distance requirements, this one has been archived in favour of a new cache in the same area which I have already placed.

Geocache Description:

Welcome to the East Coast Trail, a hiker's paradise.  In particular, this is the Father Troy Trail, a historic trail that connects Torbay and Flatrock.  You can start right from the cove of Torbay, or park at Tapper's Cove and start from there.  While the steps out of Tapper's Cove gets your heart beating quickly, the trail is wide and the elevation changes are easy.  On a beautiful day, this trail combines the feeling of walking down a country road with an oceanside stroll.  Whales and icebergs, in season, are viewed with ease from the trail, which also passes by some grazing lands for the nearby farm.  Being part of the East Coast Trail system, seeing hikers here from around the world is not a surprise, and that gives rise to the name of this cache.  On an early August afternoon stroll, the dad and daughter team of Cache the Bayman! said greetings to two backpackers who were speaking a language from afar.  When dad and daughter returned to place a series of caches that same evening, we were happy to see the hikers had set up their tent in a field, and were settling in for the evening.  Right then and there we knew the name of our new cache:  Hiker's Paradise.
