An event at the shore of the Nictaux Canal in honor of International Geocaching Day.
The event will take place from 10:30 until 11:30 am on Saturday, August 20 near the bridge on Hwy 10. The event is open to everyone, but you are invited to bring your kayaks
and canoes to enjoy this waterway. The water is very low this summer which makes for easy access to the western part of the canal and the lake at the other end. Several caches will be hidden along the Nictaux Canal and the lake.
So, bring a boat, some food and your GPS'r - we look forward to seeing you there!
