ITA: Molentargius è probabilmente il più famoso dei luoghi birdwatching della Sardegna. Si trova molto vicino al centro di Cagliari ed è facile da raggiungere. Esso è composto di due piscine principali: Bellarosa Minore a nord-est, una piscina d'acqua dolce e un'alltra più piccola: Bellarosa Maggiore a sud-ovest, una piscina salmastra molto più grande. Tra queste due piscine, ci sono numerose piscine d'acqua dolce con diversi canneti e canali. Sia a sud, e lungo la costa, a sud-est, ci sono molte altre piscine, tra cui la Stagni di Quartu, utilizzati in passato per la produzione del sale.
La presenza di vari birdwatching in questo stagno permette di poter vedere alcune specie di uccelli tipici della zona tra i quali: Cormorano, Airone rosso, il Fenicottero Rosa, Sgarza ciuffetto, Garzetta, Usignolo di fiume, Avocetta, Falco di palude, Germano reale, Cavaliere d'Italia, la Gallinella d'acqua, Mignattaio, Tarabusino, Alzavola, Fischione, Moretta e Moretta tabaccata, il Combattente, Fraticello, Gabbiano corso, Gabbiano roseo, Mignattino, Mignattino piombato, la Sterna comune, il Martin pescatore ecc
ENG: Molentargius is probably the most famous of Sardinia's birdwatching locations. It's very close to the centre of Cagliari, and easy to get to. It consists of two main pools: Bellarosa Minore in the North East, a smaller freshwater pool and the other one: Bellarosa Maggiore in the South West, a much larger brackish pool. Between these two pools, there are numerous reed-filled freshwater pools and canals. Both to the south, and along the coast, to the south east, there are many other pools, including the Stagni di Quartu, used in the past to produce salt.
The presence of various Birdwatching in this pond allows to see some bird species typical of the area including: Purple Swamp Hen, Cormorant, Purple Heron, the Pink Flamingo, Squacco Heron and the Purple Heron, Little and Cattle Egret, Cetti's, avocet, Marsh harrier, Mallard, knight of Italy, the Moorhen, Glossy Ibis, Little Bittern, Teal, Wigeon, Tufted Duck and Ferruginous Duck, the Fighter, Little Tern, Gull course, Rosy Gull, Black Tern, Whiskered tern, the common tern, the Kingfisher etc.
FR: Molentargius est probablement l'un des plus célèbres lieux de l'observation des oiseaux en Sardaigne. Il est situé très près du centre de Cagliari et il est facile à atteindre. Il se compose de deux piscines principales: Bellarosa Minore nord-est, une piscine d'eau douce une peu plus petite et Bellarosa Majeur dans le sud-ouest, une piscine saumâtre beaucoup plus grande. Entre ces deux piscines, il ya de nombreuses piscines avec différentes roseaux et canaux. À la fois pour le sud et le long de la côte, au sud-est, il ya beaucoup d'autres piscines, y compris les étangs Quartu, une fois utilisé pour la production de sel.
La présence de divers observation des oiseaux dans cet étang permet de voir certaines espèces d'oiseaux typiques de la région, y compris: Cormorant, Héron pourpré, le flamant rose, Crabier chevelu, Aigrette garzette, Cetti de, avocette, le busard des roseaux, le canard colvert, chevalier de l'Italie, la poule d'eau, Ibis falcinelle, Blongios nain, Teal, Canard, Fuligule nyroca et, le Combattant, Sterne naine, Gull sûr, goéland rose, Guifette noire, guifette moustac, la sterne pierregarin, le Kingfisher etc
