Welcome to the LGO Fall Fling Campout Weekend at Bogue Chitto State Park, 17049 State Park Blvd. Franklinton, LA 70438. This is a great opportunity to meet with other cachers and get outdoors. This is a sorta "pre event" for those that get to the park for Friday night and want to sit around the fire and swap stories. Our goal is get as many cachers from around the state (and beyond) to join together to pass a good time in the state park and around the campfire.
This is part of the 2016 Fall Fling Camp & Cache weekend. The early bird gets the marshmallows at the Friday Nite Campfire!! Those who get to the campsites early might get s'mores and can log and trade trackables. This is a relaxing event for those that beat the rush and set up camp early and need to unwind and tell a few cache stories. The Nanners will be hosting the Friday Nite Campfire from 5 to 9 pm at our campsite in what is called the Bottomland RV area site 127. Come by and say Hi!
