The brand new Washougal Waterfront Park and Trail is a wonderful addition to our community. Plan on doing a lap around the park on the wide newly installed concrete walkway to get a little exercise. Great sitting areas allow for enjoying the view and some terrific stylish picnic tables beg for a picnic.
The cache (log) is in a bison tube within a cache host. There is the possibility of a startle factor in the cache host. And yes it is protected under a LPC.
As stated, the log is within a bison tube. After signing if you would roll up the log and place it within the cap of the bison tube and then screw the cap to the bison case it will work very well.
