Access Note: By far the most confusing approach is from the Baltimore/Washington Parkway southbound. When you exit onto 198, you need to turn right. There is a dedicated right which works, but please DO NOT turn left at Russett Green East (into the shopping center) if you use this. Proceed to the next light and turn left there and follow the shopping center back. For a shorter route, go to the stop sign on the exit ramp and turn right there, into the left turn lane that will let you get into the shopping center at Russett Green East.
